Just Back From Europe, Obama Heads Next To Asia

WASHINGTON (AP) - Just back from Europe, President Barack Obama will visit four Asian countries next month.
    
The White House says the trip includes conferences in Indonesia and Brunei and meetings in Malaysia and the Philippines.
    
In Indonesia, Obama will attend the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation Economic Leaders meeting. He'll also meet with leaders of countries negotiating a trans-pacific trade deal and sit down with Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono (soo-SEE'-loh BAHM'-bahng yoo-doh-YOH'-noh).
    
He travels to Brunei for the U.S.-ASEAN (AH-see-ahn) Summit and the East Asia Summit and to meet with the Sultan of Brunei.
    
In Malaysia, there's a meeting with Prime Minister Najib Razak and address to the Global Entrepreneurship Summit.
    
On the final stop, in the Philippines, Obama meets with President Benigno Aquino III. The trip is from Oct. 6-12.

It was a distracted driver that killed Tina Myer's son Cody, hitting the 23-year-old as he was working as a flagger at a construction site in December 2015. He suffered severe injuries, and died several months later. Now Myer is joining Governor Inslee, praising a new DUI-E law.

Court documents say the parents took the baby to the Holy Family Hospital, where the injuries were deemed severe. The baby was then taken by ambulance to Sacred Heart. According to the documents, a CPS caseworker says one

    SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio (AP) - Police in suburban Cleveland say a fast-food restaurant customer angry about the way his sandwich tasted and looked threatened to shoot somebody over it. The South Euclid Police Department reported receiving a call Tuesday about a man storming into the Steak 'n Shake restaurant "acting crazy," saying he had a gun and was going to shoot someone. Police said he entered the kitchen while customers fled.
