The National Weather Service has issued a *Wind Advisory* from 2pm Saturday through 2am Sunday for much of the upper & lower Columbia Basin, as well as South Spokane and the Spokane area.  A *Flood Watch* is also in place through late Sunday night for the Idaho Panhandle and the Cascades...small stream flooding and mud slides will be a concern with up to 4" of rain possible in the Cascades and 2" possible in N. Idaho. (Saturday 60°/49°) (Sunday 59°/47°) (YELLOW...Possible RED for certain zones).
