UPDATE: Missing 15-Month-Old FOUND In Spokane Valley

UPDATE: The missing 15-month old baby has been found in Spokane Valley. We'll post more details as we get them.

PREVIOUS STORY:

MURRAY, Utah - Police have issued a missing endangered alert as they search for a missing 15-month-old boy from Murray.

Police said the boy, Giovanni Marks, was taken by his 19-year-old mother, Lady Ashley Marks. She does not have custody of him per a court order.

Marks was visiting her son in Murray at his father's family home, according to Officer Kenny Bass, Murray City Police Department. Between 6:30 and 7 p.m., the child's paternal grandmother discovered Marks and baby were gone.

Police said the father's family believes Marks may be headed to Spokane, Washington. Detectives are working to get details of a vehicle or other means of transportation she could be using.

Officer Bass said it did not appear Marks had any prior criminal history.

KHQ has not received an official press release from the Spokane Police Department, but Fox 13 in Salt Lake City reports that the SPD is involved in this investigation.

Anyone with information on Lady Ashley Marks or Giovanni Marks should call police immediately.
