Chiefs Third In WHL Rankings

Toronto, ON – The Canadian Hockey League today announced the seventh edition of the BMO CHL Top 10 Rankings for the 2013-14 regular season.  The weekly rankings of the Canadian Hockey League's Top 10 teams are selected by a panel of National Hockey League scouts.

The Chiefs are ranked in the Top 10 for the 5th week and maintain their #3 spot behind Blainville-Boisbriand (QMJHL) and Guelph (OHL). They are one of three WHL teams in the Top 10, joining U.S. Division rivals Portland (#6) and Seattle (#9). Everett and Kelowna were both listed as Honorable Mentions.

Spokane is on the road Wednesday and Friday before returning to Spokane Arena to host Portland on Washington Army National Guard Buck Night & CheerStix giveaway on Saturday.
