Chiefs Look To Own The Road

The Spokane Chiefs face off with Lethbridge on Friday night and will look to win game two of their three-game road trip. Spokane enters the game 13-6 with 26 points and sit tied for second in the U.S. Division with Everett. 

The Chiefs won 5-4 in dramatic fashion off of a Mitch Holmberg overtime goal to defeat Medicine Hat on Wednesday. Spokane will look for an easier match up than was the case when they played the Eastern Conference leading Tigers, the Hurricanes currently sit in last place in both the Central Division and in the Eastern Conference with only seven points from 2 wins and an OT loss. 

The Chiefs will then travel to play Kootenay on Saturday and will next play at home next Friday, Nov. 15, when they will host Prince George. 19 games into the season, Spokane sits tied for second in the Western Conference and trail Portland by only three points.
