The Spokane County Prosecutor's Office has filed a new charge of second-degree robbery against Avondre Graham stemming from the incident that led to his arrest. This new charge comes just two weeks after Graham pleaded guilty to the murder of Sharlotte McGill. A judge sentenced Graham that day to a little more than ten years in prison.

Graham was taken into custody after he attacked a woman on the Centennial Trial last fall. It was shortly after that incident that they tied him to the random murder of Sharlotte McGill. McGill was murdered in May of 2012 while she was walking her dog. The murder case of McGill has been resolved, but this latest charge involves the second attack that led to his arrest.

This story is developing and we will be sure to post any updates as they become available.
