WSU scored 14 points off of 11 Seattle turnovers in the first 20 minutes but surrendered an 8-2 run to the Redhawks late in the first half, to see their lead shrink to 41-31 at the half.

Seattle made it an eight-point game early in the second half before Washington State answered with a 9-2 run and play most of the half with a double-digit advantage.
