Restaurant Robbed At Gunpoint, Suspect Still On The Loose

KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho -

Deputies in Kootenai County are looking for a man they say robbed a Domino's Pizza Friday night at gunpoint.

The robber is described as a white male, approximately 6 feet tall, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and a red bandana covering his face.

The Domino's Pizza is located in Hayden.  The robbery happened around 10:30p.m.  After pulling out his black colored firearm, the robber stole and unknown amount of cash and fled the scene on foot.  He was last seen running northbound from the restaurant.

A KCSO K9 was called out to track the suspect but was unable to locate him.

Anyone that may have seen a male matching the suspect’s description in the area of the robbery or know any information about this case is asked to contact the Kootenai County Sheriff’s Office.

VANCOUVER, Wash. - With Washington's new distracted driving law in effect, holding a phone while behind the wheel could cost you. In addition to the cell phone crackdown, the law makes eating, drinking or other activities that could potentially take your hands off the wheel secondary offenses. That means if you run a stop sign while drinking a cup of coffee and get pulled over for running the stop sign, you could get a $99 fine for drinking that coffee.
