OKANOGAN COUNTY, Wash. -

On Tuesday, with the assistance of the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Okanogan County Sheriff's Deputies arrested two men in connection with the death of a Hoquiam man.

27-year-old Adam Shaun Jennings and 57-year-old John Wayne Jennings were both arrested for First Degree Murder in the death of Michael Carrigan.

Deputies made the arrest about 6 miles outside of the town of Chesaw, Washington. Chesaw is about 63 miles from Okanogan.

Carrigan was shot to death back on September 2nd, 2013. The Sheriff's Office say back in September, two men were in the area of Chesaw grouse hunting. One person got out of the car to shoot at a grouse, and that's when the passenger told deputies he heard a shot, and saw his partner with blood on him. He then fell to ground.

The shooting happened near a residence and during their investigation, deputies interview two people living at a home about 100 yards away from the shooting. Right now it is unknown if those two people were the two suspects arrested Tuesday.

As soon as we get any additional information, we will be sure to update this story.

    Wednesday, October 17 2018 10:59 PM EDT2018-10-18 02:59:07 GMT

SEATTLE - It was a weird day for some drivers in West Seattle after a load of softball-sized steel balls spilled from the back of a truck. Footage shows the balls rolling and bouncing down the road after breaking out of a bag in the back of the truck. Several cars were hit before the balls pooled as the street leveled out. KING 5 reports it’s unclear how much damage the balls may have caused or how they got loose in the first place.
