On Tuesday the Washington State Liquor Control Board released the number of applicants for retail, producer and processing licenses for marijuana. According to the list 6 people have applied to become marijuana retailers in Spokane County. On Tuesday the Washington State Liquor Control Board released the number of applicants for retail, producer and processing licenses for marijuana. According to the list 6 people have applied to become marijuana retailers in Spokane County.

There are 18 spots to fill. 47 people have applied to become marijuana producers in Spokane County. 33 have applied to be marijuana processors. Those who applied to become retailers cannot apply to become a producer or processor. The WSLCB says there is essentially no limit to the amount of producer/processor licenses it will issue. Washington will only issue 334 retail licenses in the state.    

The list released on Tuesday is raw data according to the WSLCB and is "subject to change". Those looking to get in to the state run marijuana business will have until December 19th 2013 to apply. So far the state has had 159 people apply for a retail license, 328 apply to be processors and 445 applications for producers.

Legasa says in the post: "My hunting partner Greg Gibson and I surprised a Sow grizzly and her cub as we were moving in on some Elk. We walked up to with in 12 yards when we all saw each other And before I could even reach for my bear spray she was at full charge.

    COLFAX, Wash. (AP) - A woman accused of fatally shooting a Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, man in Colfax, Washington, has pleaded innocent by reason of insanity. The Spokesman-Review reports Ashley Myers entered the plea to second-degree murder Friday in Whitman County Superior Court.    Insanity pleas allow for the defense to argue for a potential commitment to a psychiatric facility instead of prison.
