SPOKANE, Wash. -

The man who was sentenced for the murder of Sharlotte McGill was in court again on Wednesday, this time on robbery and assault charges.

Avondre Graham pleaded guilty to the murder of McGill about a month ago and was sentenced to a little more than 10 years in prison. Two weeks later, Graham was charged with 2nd Degree Robbery after an attack that happened a few months after the murder of McGill. In that attack, Graham is accused of beating and robbing Debra Watkins before being scared off by a good samaritan. Graham ran away from the scene but was quickly arrested by police.

In Wednesday's hearing, Graham appeared before a judge and bail was set at $25,000 dollars, which doesn't mean much since the state has an institutional hold on Graham as he is serving time for the murder of McGill.

Graham will be in court again on December 10th when he is formally arraigned on the robbery charge.
