Vandals To Clash With The Cougars

The University of Idaho will host Washington State University in a men's basketball clash tonight at 7:00 p.m. live on SWX! Sam Adams and Mike Peterson will have the call from Cowan Spectrum on digital channel 6-2 or cable channel 306. 

This will be the the 268th time since 1906 that these border rival's have met. The Vandals (4-4) and the Cougars (3-4) are separated by about eight miles and the matchup has been a firmament in both teams rosters as this will be the 108th straight season they've met up. WSU holds a 161-107 win advantage in the all-time series and have won the last 10 contests.

      Without one of their veterans, the Vandals needed somebody to step up on Saturday night.  Instead, everybody did, as Idaho took the 68-62 win over Weber State on the road to get win number 20 on the season.
