SPOKANE, Wash. -

Avondre Graham was in court Tuesday morning, this time to be sentenced for a 2nd Degree Robbery after attacking a second woman on the Centennial Trail in 2012.

The second attack led to the arrest of Graham and ultimately his conviction in the murder of Sharlotte McGill.

In Tuesday's appearance, Avondre Graham stood before the court and apologized to the victim in the attack. Speaking to Debbie Watkins, Graham said, "I apologize for what I did Ms. Watkins. I hope you can forgive me."

Avondre's cousin also wrote a letter to Ms. Watkins, apologizing to her on behalf of the Graham family.

Prosecutor's were recommending a 14 month sentence, that would be served right after Graham finished his 10 year sentence for the murder of McGill. The judge ended up officially sentencing Graham to 14 months, giving him credit for time served.
