One Woman Under Arrest Following Head-On Crash On Highway 195

One woman was placed under arrested following a head-on crash in south Spokane County Wednesday night. 

It happened just before 8:30pm on Highway 195 near the Plaza exit. Troopers say a car heading northbound crossed the center line and hit a pickup truck head-on. The 26-year-old woman driving the car was placed under arrested for DUI and Vehicular Assault. She has not yet been identified, but we are told she was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries. 

A doctor who saw the crash was able to give medical attention to the 64-year-old passenger of the pickup until medics arrived. That woman was taken to the hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

Ezra James told WKMG-TV in a story Saturday that he threw gasoline on the raccoon and lit a match. In addition to the mangoes, James says he was afraid the raccoon might give him rabies. James lives in the coastal town of Palm Bay, located about 75 miles (120 kilometers) southeast of Orlando.
