FOUND: Endangered Coeur d'Alene Runaway Has Been Found

UPDATE: According to a press release from the Coeur d'Alene Police department, Maya Fooe has been found.

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - Coeur d’Alene Police Officers are searching for a 14-year-old girl who they believe could be endangered. Maya Fooe was last seen at her home in the 6100 block of N. Courcelles Parkway around 5am Monday morning. The circumstances to her disappearance are unknown at this time but it is out of character for her to run away.

Maya was last seen wearing a purple plaid blouse, red-hooded aeropostale sweatshirt with brown fur trim, dark colored jeans, black boots and she was carrying a brown and purple backpack. She is 5’09" and 110 lbs. with brown eyes and brown hair.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - A car crashed into a cement median at Walnut and 2nd at the entrance to the Maple Street Bridge early Monday morning around 3:30 a.m. Witnesses told police the driver did not stop at the flashing red light on 2nd and appeared to be driving excessively fast. Police are investigating this is as a potential DUI.
