UPDATE: 1 Killed, 1 Hurt By Hit-And-Run Driver; Police Looking For White Truck

VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) - Police are looking for a white pickup truck that ran down two pedestrians Sunday night in Vancouver, leaving one dead and the other critically injured.

Police spokeswoman Kim Kapp says it's believed to be a Toyota Tundra and it likely has damage to the front end.

A third pedestrian was not injured. She said Monday there were only three pedestrians involved, not four as initially reported.

The two adults were hit as the pickup driver made a turn at an intersection at Northeast 72nd Avenue and Northeast Vancouver Mall Drive.

In addition to that truck, Kapp says police also are looking for a black pickup that was at the scene at the time. She says that driver could be a witness or may also have struck the pedestrians.
