SPOKANE, Wash. - Two search warrants executed on February 6th, 2014 by the Spokane Police Department yielded drugs, guns, cash and cars. 

Sergeant Lydia Taylor said the Tactical Operations Unit served to search warrants at two different houses back on the 6th of February as part of a long-term drug investigation. Taylor said detectives developed probable cause to search the houses, one in the 500 block of E. Empire in Spokane and the other in the 9200 block of W. 72nd in Cheney, for evidence of delivery of narcotics. During the execution of the search warrants, detectives located two marijuana grows with about 30 plants, cocaine, thousands of dollars in cash, two guns and two cars (a Ford Explorer and a Jaguar). 

19-year-old Andrew Kerr was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Delivery of a Controlled Substance. 

Taylor said the investigation into these two busts continues.
