Wednesday Night: Another weak wave of moisture pushes in. Looks like another chance for snow for our northern valleys. Mostly rain everywhere else. Showers will be light and quick, not like last night. Low: 35° (Yellow)

Thursday: Mainly mountain showers as lower elevations again dry out and see partly sunny skies! Still expect some breezy winds around 25mph. The next storm front with tropical moisture arrives Thursday night/Friday morning. High: 40° (Green)

SPOKANE, Wash. - Minor stream and street flooding from a combination of steady rains and melting snow is expected in parts of Eastern Washington and northern Idaho including Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, Pullman and Lewiston.
    
The National Weather Service expects ponding in low-lying areas the next couple of days and says clogged ditches and drains could overflow roads.
    
Creeks and streams will be running full but forecasters don't expect river flooding.
