UPDATE:

Police say a woman who fled Mill Creek with her two young children - sparking an Amber Alert - has been found in Oregon.

Authorities say the mother, her 2-year-old son and 8-month-old daughter are in good condition. Mill Creek police say 25-year-old Sajza Henry was discovered Thursday with her two kids in the parking lot of a Eugene grocery store.

Police had said earlier Thursday they were concerned for the health and welfare of Henry and the two children after the mother was diagnosed with several untreated mental health conditions. And authorities said Henry's son has a medical condition that requires 24-hour nursing care.

Previous Coverage:

KHQ.COM - Police are looking for a mother and two children who left a Mill Creek residence and are requesting an Amber Alert.

Mill Creek Police received a referral from the Department of Social and Health Services that the mother, Sajza Henry, 25, left with her two children, 2-year-old Tyrel, and Alexandria Henry, who is 8-months-old.

Police believe Sajza Henry is driving a burgundy 1997 Land Rover with license plate 708VZU.

“There is serious concern for the health and welfare of Sajza, Tyrel and Alexandria,” Mill Creek Commander Ken Neaville said in a statement. “Sajza has been diagnosed with several untreated mental health conditions and is not allowed to be the sole caretaker of the children. Sajza has been receiving constant help in caring for the children from a family member prior to leaving this morning.

“Tyrel also has a medical condition that requires 24-hour nursing care, which has been … provided by the family member, a trained nurse.”

Police think Sajza may be going to a friend’s house but are not sure of the location. Anyone with information is asked to call 911 or Mill Creek police at (425) 774-2503.
