Two men were attacked by a woman with a knife in east Spokane on Thursday night Two men were attacked by a woman with a knife in east Spokane on Thursday night
SPOKANE, Wash. - One man was taken to the hospital with multiple stab wounds Thursday night in east Spokane.

Police originally responded to the area on a "person with a knife call" shortly before 11:00pm. When officers arrived near the intersection of Sprague and Pittsburg, they found a man lying in the street with multiple stab wounds. We are told he was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

About a block away police found another man with a cut to his hand.

Spokane Police say it appears both incidents are related and the whole thing began as a domestic situation. Police believe a woman was with the two men and something happened during the course of the evening to where she attacked both of them with a knife. She has not been identified and police believe she left the area before they arrived. A perimeter was set up to try and locate her, but she was never found.

Officers say alcohol appears to be a factor and anyone with any information on this incident is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.
