UPDATE: Spokane Police Search For Suspect In On-Going Kidnapping/Murder Investigation; 2 More Suspects Arrested

PRESS RELEASE FROM THE SPOKANE POLICE DEPT: Spokane Police search for Jenny K. Rogers, who is wanted on Kidnapping charges in connection to the on-going Kidnapping and Murder investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Check at 456-2233.

Two other individuals were also arrested in connection to this case:

· 52-year-old Teresa J. Geile was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on two counts of 1st Degree Kidnapping.

· 39-year-old Christine D. Morlan was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on two counts of 1st Degree Kidnapping.

Within days of a reported kidnapping in Spokane and the location of a body in Stevens County, Spokane Police detectives have arrested a 4th person in connection to the on-going investigation.

Spokane Police detectives have arrested 40-year-old Benito Baldovinos-Mendoza and booked him into the Spokane County Jail on two charges of 1st Degree Kidnapping.

Baldovinos-Mendoza was taken into custody yesterday in Pasco, WA. He was booked into the Spokane County Jail last night. This investigation is on-going. Three other people have been arrested as part of the investigation. Their names are listed in the news release below (sent out yesterday). The official cause of death and identity of the body located in Stevens County will be released by the Stevens County Coroner.

Spokane Police have arrested three people in connection to the on-going kidnapping investigation as well as the location of a body in Stevens County.

This investigation is rapidly evolving and on-going. More arrests are possible as this investigation progresses.

· 23-year-old Dillon L. Casteel was arrested and booked into the Kootenai County Jail on one count of 1st Degree Kidnapping.

· 26-year-old Domingo Valdovinos Navarro was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on two counts of 1st Degree Kidnapping and one count of 1st Degree Aggravated Murder

· 33-year-old Joseph W. Gillespie was arrested and booked into the Spokane County Jail on two counts of 1st Degree Kidnapping.
