Drunk Groom Gets Kicked Off Plane, Bride Continues On Honeymoon

Posted: Updated:
ATLANTA, GA - A Delta Airlines flight had to make an emergency landing on Grand Cayman island this past Sunday night after a man became drunk and disorderly... on the way to his honeymoon!

The "honeymoon phase" apparently ended on the actual honeymoon as airline officials say the man got into a drunken argument with his bride while on the Delta flight from Atlanta to Costa Rica. It ended up being bad enough to where the plane was forced to make an emergency landing, just to get the man off the plane. Once on the ground, the inebriated groom was arrested for Drunk and Disorderly Conduct.

Now you might think the bride would have a little compassion for her husband, who no doubt began to realize the implications of his actions once those cuffs were place on his wrists, but it appears that she had zero sympathy for him, as once he was removed from the plane, she stayed on to continue on the honeymoon! Maybe that was the best course she could've taken, because if I were the husband, I certainly wouldn't want to wake up in the drunk tank with my new bride waiting for me outside on what was suppose to be our honeymoon! He might be in the dog house for years to come, but at least she is enjoying her honeymoon.

KHQ.COM - Most mothers can only hope by the time their children grow up and move out of the house, they've learned all the necessary things to be a successful adult, including the basic knowledge that a turkey must be cooked in an oven, or perhaps in a smoker... NOT in a microwave. For this reason a new prank-challenge going around on Facebook is resulting in some hilarious text conversations between mothers and their grown children.

SPOKANE, Wash. -- To you, it may be an old gym bag, or a backpack full of homework, but all thieves see is a potential gold mine unmanned in your car. It's a year-round problem in our community, but Black Friday is like Christmas for crooks. "I came back to my car and the window was broke out, everything was gone from the jockey box," said one car prowling victim. "It made me angry, it's a violation."
