WEST RICHLAND, WA - Now that the stolen pieces to the military memorial in West Richland have been found, veterans are asking for the public to help with the rebuilding and rededication at Flat Top Park.

They have made up flyers and began handing them out, asking for donations. Local combat veterans told us they would like to not only restore the memorial but also add some form of security around it, whether that be a small fence or installing security cameras. They say they need help making sure that no one can disgrace the memorial again.

If you would like to donate or get involved you can email mayhays@westrichlandchamber.org
