The first one happened just after 5:30pm Tuesday evening at the Yoke's Fresh Market on Indian Trail Road.Police say the man walked up to the customer service counter, indicated he had a weapon, though no weapon was actually shown, and demanded money. Once he got some money, he fled the area, but right now police aren't sure if that was on foot or by car. About two hours later on the other side of town, police responded to another robbery at the Subway on N. Nevada. Police say in this robbery a handgun was pulled by the suspect as he grabbed cash from the till and ran off. Police attempted a K-9 track on the suspect, but were unsuccessful.

The suspect in this robbery is described as being white and wearing a black jacket, a black bandana, and a black and white baseball hat.
