Robbery At Baskins-Robbins In Northwest Spokane

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane Police are investigating yet another robbery in the Spokane area. 

This latest one took place at the Baskin-Robbins on Cannon and Monroe at around 2:30pm Tuesday afternoon. 

Spokane Police say the suspect did show a gun to the clerk and demanded money. Once he got the cash, he fled to store, however police were never able locate him. 

We are told the only description available at this time is that he is about 30-year-old. 

Police continue to investigate this incident, but they say it is too early to tell if this robbery is connected to the other recent robberies.

    SANDPOINT, Idaho. First -  it was a robocall, now a threat, targetting a Sandpoint newspaper and one of its writers, has surfaced on YouTube. "Ben Olson is a cancer on wholesome North Idaho," the video states. "And cancers must be burned out." The 56-second video clip shows a picture of Co-owner and Publisher of the Sandpoint Reader, Ben Olson, next to a stack of the newspaper he writes for. The papers are doused in a clear liquid then lit on fire.
