Shock to Host First 9th Man Kids Day

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane Shock will be collaborating with the Kroc Center, located at 1765 W Golf Course Rd, Coeur d’Alene, ID, in the first 9th Man Kids Day event from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Apr. 22.

Join Spokane Shock players and Rockstar Dance Team members as they host a mini football and dance camp for boys and girls ages five to 14 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Children will also have the chance to meet their favorite players, dancers, and mascot for an autograph and photo session.

Following the conclusion of the camps and dance performances the Shock will be screening the new Disney hit, “Frozen,” for a fun movie night in the Kroc Center’s auditorium at 6 p.m.

The 9th Man Kids Day will also serve as the kickoff for the official Spokane Shock Kids Club presented by Jack in the Box, complete with the giveaway of free Kids Club Memberships to the first 75 to preregister for the event.

The Spokane Shock Kids Club offers special activities and opportunities for children to be involved in the Shock community along with opportunities to deliver the game ball at a Shock home game, meet Shock players, watch practice, and more.

In addition, as a member the children will receive a draw string bag, autographed player card, membership card, Shock tattoos and stickers, silicon wristband, and a Shock magnet.

The membership fee is just $20 and sign up will be available at the event as well as online at SpokaneShock.com
