UPDATE: 5 More Small Earthquakes In Idaho - Five more small earthquakes have occurred near the central Idaho town of Challis. The U.S. Geological Survey says the temblors started at about 1 p.m. Monday and ranged from 2.5 to 3.0 in magnitude. http://bit.ly/1l59keR

The assessment ranked schools on an "A to F-" scale, with 14 percent of schools in in and around Spokane finishing with A's or B's.>>
