    KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho - The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 25-year-old man who became violent at a party in Athol Saturday night and began hitting people with a handgun.>>
    KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho - The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office is searching for a 25-year-old man who became violent at a party in Athol Saturday night and began hitting people with a handgun. The Sheriff's Department says Terry Andrew Clark was at a party in the area of Old Highway 95 and Brunner Road, just south of Athol when for unknown reasons he became violent with other people at the party.>>
KOOTENAI COUNTY, Idaho - The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office tells KHQ that members of the North Idaho Violent Crimes Task Force and the Bonners County Sheriff's Office have captured the man accused of violently pistol whipping multiple people at a party near Athol this past weekend. 

Deputies say Terry Andrew Clark was arrested without incident at a home near Coolin, Idaho. 

Clark was at a party Saturday night near Athol when witnesses say he snapped and began hitting people with his gun. By the time deputies arrived, Clark was gone, but at least four people were taken to the hospital for treatment of serious facial injuries and at least one person required surgery. 

Deputies want to thank everyone who sent in tips because they say numerous ones that were received helped capture Clark.

The video was released by the state attorney's office Thursday and audio was published by Florida Today.

It was a distracted driver that killed Tina Myer's son Cody, hitting the 23-year-old as he was working as a flagger at a construction site in December 2015. He suffered severe injuries, and died several months later. Now Myer is joining Governor Inslee, praising a new DUI-E law.
