HAPPY EASTER! Here Are Some Local Easter Egg Hunts For Kids!

KHQ.COM - Easter is right around the corner and we wanted to make sure we let you know of all the locations the Easter Bunny would be. Here are a list of some local Easter Egg hunts for kids. Here are some Easter Egg Hunt Locations for you this weekend:

"Fleaster" 2014, (FLASHLIGHT HUNT)

South Perry Easter Egg Hunt

Festivities begin at 10:30 am with games, crafts and pictures with the Easter Bunny. The first egg hunt begins at 10:45 followed by two more egg hunts at 11:05 and 11:30. There is also a separate egg hunt for ages 0-2 and 2-5 years old. Free

Saturday Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs!

SpokAnimal Dog Park at High Bridge Park, 163 South A Street, Spokane, WA
The Easter Bunny will hide plastic eggs filled with dog treats and pose for photos with kids. Registration begins at 9 a.m. in the parking area. The hunt will start at 10 a.m., along with free kids’ activities. Three golden eggs will be hidden somewhere in the upper park with egg-stra special prizes inside. All proceeds raised from the event benefit the park’s on-going cleanup and maintenance.

Easter Egg Hunt

    POST FALLS, Idaho - Kootenai County Deputies arrested a man for involuntary manslaughter after they say he shot and killed another man Saturday evening near Post Falls. Deputies responded to reports of a shooting on Gallatin Way near Post Falls just before 7 pm. Deputies and medical personnel arrived and found a man, identified as Tyler S. Liles, with a single gunshot wound.

    SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane County Sheriff's Deputies continue to investigate a break-in that happened Tuesday morning at approximately 8:08 AM. The victims say precious family treasures were stolen. "I stayed home for a few days after it happened," said Mandie Snyder.

A SCRAPS officer tells KHQ that an investigation is underway to determine whether citations will be made for cruelty and negligence from the incident. It is a misdemeanor in Washington state to have your dog in a truck bed unrestrained.
