KHQ.COM - A 28-year-old medical school student who goes by Elizabeth Raine has auctioned off her virginity...yes...her virginity. The bidding has been closed with the top bid coming in at over $800,000. "It's really important to respect other people's decisions, even if you can't understand them," Raine said in an over-the-phone interview with Fox 13 news reporter, Josh Cascio.

"I really just saw it as sort of a unique financial opportunity that I wanted to take. It wasn't at all out of desperation." The adult auction opened online on April 1st and closed, Wednesday, May 7th.

When asked why such a beautiful woman, 28-years-old, is still a virgin? Her response: "I most often just explain as being very busy and focused on my dreams and my passions."

The act is going to take place in Australia to avoid breaking U.S. law. Raine also says she is going to donate a portion of the money to charity.

KHQ.COM - Most mothers can only hope by the time their children grow up and move out of the house, they've learned all the necessary things to be a successful adult, including the basic knowledge that a turkey must be cooked in an oven, or perhaps in a smoker... NOT in a microwave. For this reason a new prank-challenge going around on Facebook is resulting in some hilarious text conversations between mothers and their grown children.
