Gonzaga Graduation At The Arena

Posted: Updated:

SPOKANE, Wash. - The Gonzaga Undergraduate Graduation Ceremony took place Sunday at the Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena. Friends, family, and students cheered loudly each time a name was read and a student walked across the stage to accept their diploma.

Students could not contain their excitement that graduation was finally here. Now that the ceremony is over, many students say they plan to find jobs, while others are heading straight to graduate school. Although there are 9.8 million people unemployed nationally, Gonzaga students feel confident they will be able to join the workforce.
