Two From Malmstrom Will Be Part of Wounded Warrior Team USA - Two veterans from Malmstrom Air Force Base will be going to England this summer to join wounded warriors' team USA in an Olympic style event. Coroner Names Mother and Daughter - Coroner Bill Jones says they are 33-year-old Jessica Hicks and 14-year-old Alexis Nicholson. He says he suspects they died from carbon monoxide poisoning, but his office will get confirmation after blood work is done at the state crime lab. http://bit.ly/1ooGZD3

Amazing Proposal Video Four Years In The Making - Jack Hyer has created the most amazing proposal video for his girlfriend Becca Strellnauer. Hyer, 21, spent four years traveling to 26 different countries lip-synching the lyrics to "I'm Gonna Be (500 Miles)" by The Proclaimers. Hyer then edited the footage together and surprised his girlfriend by playing it for her and a group of family and friends at a graduation celebration. http://bit.ly/1jLm4KJ

ALERT: Hummus And Dip Recall Nation Wide Due To Concerns Of Listeria - Food manufacturer, Lansal, Inc. announced on Thursday that as a precautionary measure, it's voluntarily recalling approximately 14,860 pounds of hummus and dip products due to concerns about possible Listeria monocytogenes, an organism, which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. http://bit.ly/1vSWlnt

    KHQ.COM - It has been an intense year for wildfires all over the northwest. The photos in this slideshow were taken 8/7 - 8/11 by KHQ photographer Reed Schmitt. Most of the photos are from the Methow Valley area around Winthrop. A few shots are from the North Cascades Smokejumper Base and also from a horseback ride at Sun Mountain near Patterson Lake. The final shot is of Grand Coulee Dam almost completely obscured by smoke.>>

    SPOKANE, Wash. - Surveillance footage appears to show a woman in Spokane stealing a car and a purse from a community center on Spokane's South Hill. Spokane Police are investigating the crime that happened last Thursday at the East Central Community Center, located just south of Interstate 90. The victim, Madeline Antcliff, is a junior at Gonzaga Prep High School.>>

(AP) - Authorities say a veteran rock climber died in a fall while climbing alone in Yosemite National Park - just hours after proposing to his girlfriend during an earlier climb. The Santa Rosa Press Democrat says Brad Parker's girlfriend, Jainee Dial, had accepted his marriage proposal after the pair completed a climb of Cathedral Peak Saturday.>>
