According to a press release, Robert Williston was taken into custody after Nez Perce County Sheriff's deputies and officers from the Lewiston Police department made contact with two male subjects and a female in the parking lot of Liberty Mart North in the 200 block of West 22nd Street North at about 12:41 a.m.

"During this contact it was found that one of the male subjects, later identified as Robert Michael Williston, 47-year-old male, had a confirmed Escape Warrant out of the Idaho Department Of Corrections (IDOC). Williston was taken into custody without incident," Cpl. Sam AuGello says in the press release.
