    The Grant County Sheriff's Office is asking for your help in locating a man who assaulted another man during Memorial Day weekend in Moses Lake. Deputies say they were called out to the Crescent Bar area on Saturday afternoon on an assault call. When they arrived, they found 37-year-old Corey T. Barker of Tacoma complaining of having no sensation on the left side of his body. >>

MOSES LAKE, Wash. - Last week, we told you about an assault that happened Memorial Day Weekend at the Sand Dunes in Moses Lake that left one man with a serious neck injury. Thanks to your tips, the Grant County Sheriff's Office told KHQ they found their suspect, but he will not be facing any charges. 

The victim, Corey Barker of Tacoma, was allegedly pushed from a boat head first into shallow water and suffered a broken neck and bleeding within his skull. After hearing the story, witnesses who saw the incident contacted the Sheriff's Office and ultimately led deputies to the suspect. 

That suspect however, has not been identified because the victim decided not to press charges against the man. 

The Grant County Sheriff's Office told KHQ the case is now closed.
