SPOKANE VALLEY, Wash. - The Spokane County Sheriff's Department wants you to know about a sex offender that has moved to a residence in Spokane Valley.

36-year-old Joseph Wheeler has moved to the 11400 block of E. 7th Ave. in Spokane Valley. Wheeler was convicted of Unlawful Imprisonment in 2004. Wheeler's victim in that case was a 16-year-old boy who was a stranger to Wheeler. After his conviction, Wheeler served 116 months and is currently under DOC supervision. He was also convicted in 1997 of Communication with a Minor for Immoral Purposes.

Wheeler is not wanted by law enforcement, however the Sheriff's Department wants to inform the public of his place of residence due to his previous history, which places him in a classification level that is likely to reoffend. The Sheriff's Office believes an informed public is a safer public.

SPOKANE, Wash. - Randall and Jill Kimberling didn’t think it would happen to their child. But on February 4 their four-year-old son, Levi, started to fill ill. “We were the parents who looked at him and said ‘that wouldn’t happen to our child. He’s super healthy and super energetic’,” said Randall. “To watch him lay there and not move is hard.” By February 5, Levi’s fever reached 99 degrees.

KHQ.COM - When you party with Jay-Z, just make sure you don't get stuck with the bill.  During a night out in Manhattan, he reportedly racked up a tab totaling $91,135 (tip included) at one bar! How much of that was a tip?  $11,100! Which means his server Dayhana is probably the most grateful the rapper chose to celebrate at the Playroom Lounge in NYC.
