A co-worker of Chris Henderson describes the moment she heard about the shooting at the Rockwood Cancer Treatment Center.

The co-worker asked KHQ to conceal their identity.

Deputies were called to West Corporation, Henderson's workplace Monday afternoon because he was making threats to kill himself. The co-worker told KHQ he was also making threats to kill his wife Sheena.

"He said he was going to shoot himself, he said he wanted to kill her. It got a little bit graphic so our supervisor called police."

Deputies arrived at his business and talked with Henderson. Deputies say they were never given the information that Henderson made specific threats to kill his wife.

The co-worker said they never contacted police that day because their supervisor handled it, but they believe their co-workers and supervisors did all they could do.

"I think we were more worried about his threats of suicide. I don't honestly think any of us believed his threats to harm her were valid at all."

The co-worker told KHQ's Dylan Wohlenhaus they feel a lot of guilt she did not speak up. The co-worker said Chris was a good man and a family man, but his fellow employees saw changes in him recently after Sheena was planning on leaving him.

The co-worker says he became suicidal and told other co-workers he could not live without his wife.

The co-worker says when they heard about the shooting Tuesday morning at Rockwood where Sheena worked they thought, "We immediately knew it was him. We knew she worked there. It was exactly what he said he was going to do."

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. - A police department in Tennessee is getting into the Halloween spirit a little early thanks to one house's realistically frightening driveway decor. The Greene County Sheriff's Department in Greeneville, Tennessee, posted a photo on their Facebook page early Wednesday letting everyone know that what looked like a dead body in a driveway with bloody hand prints on the garage was in fact a Halloween decoration and not a corpse.
