NORTH BEND, Wash. (AP) - An April 25 explosion and fire that affected nearly 30 businesses and homes in North Bend, Washington, has been ruled accidental.
KING-TV reports (http://is.gd/XsCMWp) that determination means cleanup is likely to begin this week.
KING says the natural gas explosion started in a restaurant that was under renovation.
Several businesses were destroyed. A nearby gas station, tire store, and apartment complex were damaged.
The only injuries reported from the early morning blast were minor.
North Bend is about 30 miles east of Seattle.
