NAMPA, Idaho (AP) - Two more people wanted in connection with the weekend shooting death of a 25-year-old Nampa man in southwest Idaho have been taken into custody.
Police now have arrested five people, taking into custody on Tuesday 26-year-old Joshua Wasserburger and 34-year-old Allison Yancey.
Wasserburger faces a charge of aiding and abetting first-degree murder. Yancey faces a charge of aiding and abetting aggravated battery.
Arrested on Monday, 28-year-old James Whitewater is charged with first-degree murder and aggravated battery. Twenty-seven-year-old Natalie Whitewater and 32-year-old Wayne Canaday are charged with aiding and abetting aggravated battery.
Police responded at 2:45 a.m. Sunday to a reported shooting and found Pedro Martin Jr. in a drugstore parking lot with a gunshot wound to his torso. Martin was taken to the hospital, where he died.
