PASCO, WA- A group from Washington River Protection Solutions gave the Pasco Boys & Girls Club a make-over.

The group donated $2,500 to pay for paint and other supplies.

Event coordinator Janelle Easter said they looked at lots of places in the Tri-Cities that needed help, but felt the boys and girls club needed it the most.

“We just want the kids to come back feeling excited, motivated, and just ready to start the school year off fresh,” said Easter.

The group repainted the Teen Center, the pool table room, game room, art room, and they even had enough supplies to repaint the gym.

The volunteers plan to go back on Tuesday to see the kids' reaction when they see the new paint job for the first time.
