Alleged Murder Suspect & Witness Apprehended in Louisiana

Posted: Updated:
Several weeks after an alleged murder took place in Missoula County, the body of a thirty-eight year old male was found in the Clark Fork River, the alleged suspect and one other individual according to authorities were apprehended in Louisiana late last night.

Kevin Lino and Angela Marchese were found near Shreveport, Louisiana. As of this afternoon, they are booked in the Caddo Parish, Louisiana jail.

It was days ago that the body of thirty-eight year old Gilbert Berry was found in the Clark Fork River. He had been dead since August 5th after the autopsy.

According to KTMF, our sister station in Missoula, two arrests were made on Thursday of two others allegedly involved, and they face accountability charges.

Lino just this week was placed on the FBI's Most Wanted list. Marchese is believed to have been a witness. Lino, a convicted felon according to the FBI, is facing a deliberate homicide charge in Montana, and faces an unlawful flight of prosecution charge as well.

We will have any new developments as they come about.
