Q6 Cooks: How to make 'pancake bites'

SPOKANE, Wash. - KHQ's Allison Flicker has an awesome recipe for pancake bites! Here's what you need to know!


Ingredients:

-Pancake mix (or homemade pancakes!)

-Water

-Vanilla

-Maple syrup

-Small candies or fruit - anything you'd want in your pancake bites

Directions:

-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

-Follow directions to make pancake batter (either homemade or from the box)

-Fill cupcake tray with pancake batter, each cup should be about 3/4's full

-Sprinkle candies or fruit on top of the batter

-Put tray into oven for 10-15 minutes

Let cool and enjoy! Brittany said if you are making only one type of pancake bite, you can mix candies or fruit directly into the batter.
