Q6 Cooks: Bacon and Egg Bites!

SPOKANE, Wash. - What's better than bacon and eggs? Combining them into a bite-sized form! KHQ's Allison Flicker shows you how in this edition of Q6 Cooks. 


Ingredients:

-eggs (or egg whites)

-bacon (or any other breakfast meat)

-salt and pepper

-Mrs. Dash Onion and Herb seasoning

-cheese

Directions:

-Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

-Grease a cupcake tray

-Wrap one piece of uncooked bacon around each cup

-Whisk eggs in a bowl

-Fill each bacon wrapped cup 3/4's full with whisked eggs

-Sprinkle your choice of seasonings to the top of the bacon wrapped egg cups

-Put tray in the oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs turn golden brown, and bacon gets brown, but not burned

-Add cheese to the top of the bacon wrapped eggs for the last 5 minutes of bake time

Let cool and enjoy! Brittany said adding other types of meat like ham or turkey bacon works too, as do other types of spices and egg whites.

    FORDLAND, Mo. - Investigators say a worker was killed on a tower after it collapsed in a field in Fordland, Mo. KY 3 TV reports that 56-year-old Steve J. Lemay from Washington state died in the collapse.  Firefighters say a crew of seven were working at the tower when it fell. Three suffered minor injuries. Emergency crews transported them to a Springfield hospital. Ozarks Public Television, KOZK-TV, confirmed with KY 3 TV that it was the
