Coeur d'Alene Police warn of window peeping

COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho -

 The Coeur d'Alene Police Department is investigating two separate cases of window peeping. 

The first incident occurred in the 3700 block of Beehive Street at around 8:50 pm on October 16. A woman reported seeing a man's face pressed up against her living room window. The woman's husband chased the man and he was subsequently identified and arrested by police. This case is still under investigation.

In a separate incident in the 3800 block of Ramsey Road, a woman reported seeing a man outside her bedroom window. This man was also confronted by the woman's husband and was seen holding a camera. The man ran away after being confronted and police are still looking for him.

He is described as a white male in his mid-40s with short cropped hair and a stocky, former body builder style stature. He is 6 feet tall, 180 lbs and wearing a light silver colored jacket and pants. He may be carrying a smaller silver digital camera.

The 11-year-old died at a hospital.   Police say the 13-year-old has been charged with aggravated murder in Portage County Juvenile Court.
