TACOMA, Wash. -

UPDATE: The Amber Alert is over. Authorities report the 18-month-old boy has been recovered safely along with the suspect.

An Amber Alert was issued Saturday afternoon for 18-month-old Devin Baker Hamilton. He is a white male with blonde hair and brown eyes, 3 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 28 lbs. He was last seen wearing light green pajamas with a dark green pattern.

Authorities say the boy may be in the company of Amanda Jean Baker, a 28-year-old white female with brown eyes and brown hair in a ponytail. She is 5 feet 2 inches tall and 125 lbs. She was last seen wearing a dark grey hooded sweatshirt and jeans.

According to police, Baker was to turn over custody of Devin to his father on Oct. 24. Baker fled the area and her whereabouts are unknown, but she may be headed to Ashland, Ore. or to a relative in California.

Authorities report Baker last made a phone call Saturday morning from a Safeway in Tacoma, Wash.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Devin Baker Hamilton is asked to call Tacoma Police at 253-591-5694.
