MOSES LAKE, Wash. - Detectives in Moses Lake have developed a person of interest in the Halloween homicide of Jose Pichardo.

That person has been identified by Moses Lake Police as 18-year-old Moses Lake resident Luis A. Suarez-Galvan. Detectives served a search warrant last week at a home on Roberts Place NE in connection to the homicide, however Suarez-Galvan was not located at the home.

A roommate of Suarez-Galvan was taken into custody for Possession of a Stolen Firearm, and Unlawful Possession of a Firearm. Both charges are unrelated to the homicide, according to police.

Police said Suarez-Galvan is Hispanic, with a medium build, brown eyes and black hair. A photo of Suarez-Galvin has not been provided.

Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Luis Suarez-Galvan is urged to contact the Moses Lake Police Department at either 764-3887 or through MACC Dispatch at 762-1160. Callers can remain anonymous.
