POLK COUNTY, Iowa - A man was arrested in Iowa this week for assaulting his pregnant wife, but police say it is what he admitted to assaulting her with that had them calling foul, or in this case, "fowl."

According to a police report, 21-year-old Marvin Tramaine Hill II said his pregnant wife woke him up in the afternoon with a McChicken in hand. Apparently this upset Hill because he told police he grabbed the sandwich and threw it at her because he "doesn't like them." He then picked up some of the bun and threw it at her again.

Hill's wife then went to the bathroom to clean herself up, when Hill began following her while recording her using a cellphone. Police believe Hill was recording her in an attempt to make her appear aggressive. When police arrived however, they found Hill's wife with mayonnaise on her shirt and face. Hill's wife said he forcefully smashed the bun of the McChicken into her face, and after seeing her swollen nose, police arrested Hill for simple domestic assault.

Hill's weapon permit was also confiscated by police.
