    CHENEY, Wash. - The Cheney Police Department is hoping you can help them find a missing 15-year-old girl who they say ran away from home. Jacquelynne Rose Doucette was reported missing on November 27, 2014. Cheney Police say Doucette has run away from home on several prior occasions, but she has never stayed away from home this long or gone without contacting family members.>>
    CHENEY, Wash. - The Cheney Police Department is hoping you can help them find a missing 15-year-old girl who they say ran away from home. Jacquelynne Rose Doucette was reported missing on November 27, 2014. Cheney Police say Doucette has run away from home on several prior occasions, but she has never stayed away from home this long or gone without contacting family members.>>
CHENEY, Wash. - The FBI is now assisting the Cheney Police Department in locating 15-year-old Jacquelynne Rose Doucette. 


Doucette was reported missing by her family around 7:30 p.m. on Thanksgiving after she did not return home from searching for a lost animal. The last time Jacquelynne was seen was November 28, 2014 around 11:00 a.m. at a business in Cheney. 


Jacquelynne has left her home for short periods on several occasions, however she has never stayed away for this long and usually contacts family members. No one has heard from her since November 27, 2014. 


Jacquelynne is white, 4'8", 98 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink jacket with a hood and a white fur collar, blue jeans and pink tennis shoes with purple polka dots.

Based on evidence collected, police developed probable cause to arrest 21-year-old Pavel Kanyushkin.

(AP) - Proposed changes to Washington state's overtime rules could make more professional workers eligible for time-and-a-half pay. The Spokesman-Review reports a draft concept by the state Department of Labor and Industries proposes overtime eligibility for workers earning up to $74,800 in 2019. The proposals are linked to a multiplier of the state's minimum wage, which will increase to $12 per hour next year and $13.50 per hour in 2020.
