KHQ - A 7-year-old boy named Evan wanted to try and catch a glimpse of Santa so he set up a GoPro camera On Christmas Eve to try and catch Santa in the act. What he saw has not only wowed him, but millions of people who have seen the video since it was posted.

Krane was not charged with a crime until nearly four months after his arrest by Washington State Patrol troopers in downtown Leavenworth Oct. 1. Upon stopping Krane's 2007 Prius for speeding on Highway 2 near Front Street, troopers said

    SHELLEY, Idaho (AP) - An eastern Idaho police officer has died after suffering an apparent heart attack while responding to a disturbance. Shelley Police Chief Rod Mohler says Sgt. Kent Swanson suffered the heart attack at about 10:30 p.m. Monday.    Mohler says Swanson was taken to Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.
