Connecticut woman missing after meeting man online

Naugatuck, CONN. - Police in Naugatuck, Connecticut are looking for a teenager who disappeared on New Year's Eve after going out with a man she met through social media. 

Police say 19-year-old Erika VonDwingelo's was last seen by her family, leaving her home in Naugatuck. Officers say she going to go out with a man named "Chris" who she met on social media, but had never met in person. 

Police don't know the man's last name, or where the two were going. 

Officers describe VonDwingelo as white, 275 pounds, 5'07" with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black boots, blue jeans and a black sweat shirt.

    COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - Coeur d'Alene Police are investigating a reported school shooting threat at Coeur d'Alene High School. A spokesperson for the district said that the threat was written on a napkin and shared  on Snapchat. It says: "CHS school shooting 10-19-18. Be ready." Police tell us that while they are still investigating whether the threat is credible, they do not believe the CHS that the note mentions is referring to Coeur d'Alene High School.
