Sydney, Australia -

An animal rescue in Australia recently posted a picture of "Boof" on their Facebook page, advertising his availability for adoption. Boof is a 2-year-old special needs American Bulldog according to the site. They say he is a loyal pup who is good with children and other dogs. He is also deaf, so he would best suit someone experienced with a deaf animal. Oh yeah, perhaps I buried the lead here: He looks exactly like John Travolta.

Boof (AKA "John Travolta" as the the shelter calls him), can't exactly disco dance or recover suitcases filled with a gold glow, but he's got that patented Travolta smile that is sure to melt your heart.

For more information on Boof, check out the rescue shelter's Facebook page here.
